Welcome back to another blog post. This one is about World Bipolar Day, which takes place on the 30th of March each year.
Around 60 million people suffer from bipolar disorder around the world, so it is very important to help raise awareness of the condition.
Basically World Bipolar Day is a collaboration between the Asian Network of Bipolar Disorder (ANBD), the International Bipolar Foundation (IBPF), and the International Society for Bipolar Disorders (ISBD).
I have made a short video about World Bipolar Day 2017 and it covers the following.
The different types of Bipolar Disorders.
A breakdown of statistics on global bipolar cases.
More information about the organisations helping to raise awareness of Bipolar Disorder.
